Rempel Stanztechnik GmbH operates a modern presshop with press sizes as below:
- 2 x 800 to Schuler joint knuckle press
- 2 x 630 to Schuler joint knuckle presses
- 1 x 230 to Schuler joint knuckle presses
- 2 x 100 to Müller crank presses
In a state of the art toolshop Rempel Stanztechnik GmbH designs and builds tools up to 3 m length as progressive or transfer tools. The tool design is supported by an Inventor CAD-system.
The quality is supported by:
- 2 x CNC Wenzel measuring mashine
- 1 x manual ZETTMESS measuring mashine
- 1 x CNC Zeiss Surfcom 2000 system for surface and contour control
